Effects
Raises attack power by 20% for 20 seconds when Blood Loss triggers nearby. The increase is 12% against other players.
Your own Blood Loss can activate it, including a qualifying self-inflicted proc. A partly filled buildup bar does not activate the bonus.
Another qualifying proc refreshes the duration without adding a second stack. It is not a permanent buff simply because a bleeding enemy remains nearby.

In-game description
A talisman depicting the exultation of the Lord of Blood.
Raises attack power when blood loss occurs in the vicinity.
"Render up your offerings of blood to your Lord. Drench my consort's chamber. Slake his cocoon's thirst. His awakening shall herald the dawn of our dynasty."
Where to find
Esgar, Priest of Blood in Leyndell Catacombs
Leyndell
Starting Site of Grace: Leyndell Catacombs
Before you go
- Reach Leyndell Catacombs.
- In Leyndell, Royal Capital, start at Avenue Balcony. Descend the northwestern stairs and go through the door. Follow the railing west, then drop left onto the lower rooftops.
- Drop off the right side of the roof, turn back north and find the well behind the broken wall. Climb its ladder, open the gate in the lower passage and take the next ladder down.
- Follow the damp corridor northeast into the rat-filled sewer entrance. Go through the southeastern doorway and descend the ladder into the large Omen hallway.
- Head northeast along the hallway and enter the first room on the left, opposite the summoning statue. Activate Underground Roadside grace.
- Leave Underground Roadside and turn southeast. Descend the ladder against the right wall, then go through the arch to the pipe chamber.
- Step onto the pipe in front of the doorway and deal with the Imps ahead and hanging overhead. Follow it up to the first wooden platform, clearing the Imp that runs toward you.
- Look below the wooden platform for the lower pipe. Drop onto it first, then down to the sewer floor. Do not jump directly from the high entrance.
- Two Giant Crayfish occupy the lower chamber. Head southwest to the opening in the wall past the second one, then take the stairs down to Leyndell Catacombs grace if you need a safe checkpoint.
- From the catacomb grace, pass the locked boss doors and enter the flooded room. Climb the stairs and follow the side passage to the fire pillar.
- Use the right-hand recess to avoid its flames. Continue up the stairs from that recess, pass the Omen and drop into the next flooded room.
- The open doors nearby lead to two Omens, not the real boss. Return to the flooded room and take the southeastern passage, then the southwestern branch toward another fire-pillar corridor.
- Take its side stairs, pass the next Omen and drop into another similar flooded room. Follow the upper passages until you reach the dead end with an arched window.
- Jump through the window, go downstairs and return to the fire pillar. Lower it, stand on it and strike it to ride up.
- Follow the upper tunnel past the Imps and down the ladder to the lever above the flooded room. Pull it, drop down and return to the original boss doors.
- Defeat Esgar and his two dogs to receive Lord of Blood's Exultation. Removing the dogs first makes it easier to avoid being overwhelmed by Blood Loss.
Notes
- Raises attack power by 20% for 20 seconds when Blood Loss triggers nearby. The increase is 12% against other players.
- Your own Blood Loss can activate it, including a qualifying self-inflicted proc. A partly filled buildup bar does not activate the bonus.
- Another qualifying proc refreshes the duration without adding a second stack. It is not a permanent buff simply because a bleeding enemy remains nearby.
- The effect raises attack power after the proc. It does not add Blood Loss buildup or directly multiply the percentage-HP burst dealt by Blood Loss itself.
- White Mask gives a separate compatible attack-power bonus. Neither piece protects you from Blood Loss used to trigger the effect.
- Esgar, Priest of Blood drops it in Leyndell Catacombs. Neither Mohg the Omen below the capital nor Mohg, Lord of Blood at the palace is the required boss.
- Esgar's two dogs can quickly overwhelm you with Blood Loss. Clearing them gives you more room to handle his attacks without another enemy interrupting each dodge.
- It can strengthen suitable weapon and spell damage after the proc. It does not require the killing blow, and a bleed-immune enemy will not trigger it merely from repeated buildup attempts.
