Effects
Adds 40 each to Immunity, Robustness and Focus. That helps resist Poison and Rot, Bleed and Frostbite, and Sleep and Madness, respectively.
Does not raise Vitality, so Death Blight is not covered. It also does not reduce ordinary physical or elemental HP damage.
These are larger buildup thresholds, rather than cures. Poison or Rot already active continues to drain HP until cured or expired.

In-game description
A vividly-colored accoutrement precious to the ancestral followers.
Raises immunity, robustness, and focus.
Said to be a budding horn. The ancestral followers believe that the horns of a long-lived beast continue to bud like antlers, over and over again, until the beast one day becomes an ancestral spirit.
Where to find
Isolated Nokron bridge reached from the Four Belfries
Liurnia of the Lakes / Nokron
Starting Site of Grace: The Four Belfries
Before you go
- From the western Liurnia lakeshore, climb the hill to The Four Belfries. The highest tower has a chest with an Imbued Sword Key, rather than a waygate destination.
- Reach the Four Belfries on the western Liurnia hill. The chest at the highest belfry contains an Imbued Sword Key if you need one.
- Find the waygate marked Night Sky Unceasing and use an Imbued Sword Key to activate it. Ordinary Stonesword Keys do not work.
- Enter the gate to reach an isolated part of Nokron's broken bridge.
- Descend the nearby rocks and ruined platforms to the western broken edge.
- Loot the corpse there for the necklace. The Crucible Knight on the lower platform can be avoided, and this isolated area is separate from the main crater route into Nokron.
Notes
- Adds 40 each to Immunity, Robustness and Focus. That helps resist Poison and Rot, Bleed and Frostbite, and Sleep and Madness, respectively.
- Does not raise Vitality, so Death Blight is not covered. It also does not reduce ordinary physical or elemental HP damage.
- These are larger buildup thresholds, rather than cures. Poison or Rot already active continues to drain HP until cured or expired.
- Cannot be equipped with another Mottled Necklace version. Compatible single-stat horn charms can add more resistance against the ailment you need most.
- Use the Four Belfries waygate marked Night Sky Unceasing. It needs an Imbued Sword Key, rather than an ordinary Stonesword Key.
- That waygate reaches an isolated part of Nokron. Radahn, the main crater entrance and the Crucible Knight below this bridge are unnecessary for the necklace.
