Effects
Extends eligible lasting spell effects by 30%. A qualifying effect that normally lasts 60 seconds lasts 78 seconds with the extension.
It extends an eligible effect's duration rather than its strength. A healing-over-time spell can restore more total HP by lasting longer, while its healing rate remains unchanged.
It does not extend every projectile, lingering attack, summoned creature or spell animation. The effect must support duration extension.

In-game description
A legendary talisman depicting the ancient king whose seat lies at the heart of the storm beyond time.
Extends the duration of sorceries and incantations.
It is said that the ancient royal city of Farum Azula has been slowly crumbling since time immemorial.
Where to find
Northern rotunda chest beyond the Great Bridge
Crumbling Farum Azula
Starting Site of Grace: Beside the Great Bridge
- From Beside the Great Bridge, climb the stairs onto the bridge.
- Turn away from Maliketh's arena and head north into the building at the opposite end.
- Follow the building's stairs to the balcony and use the ladder down.
- Continue along the lower walkway toward the round room. Recusant Bernahl may invade on this approach if his quest has advanced.
- Clear the three Beastmen guarding the room and open the chest for the talisman.
- Bernahl's invasion is a separate reward event; it does not create the chest.
Notes
- Extends eligible lasting spell effects by 30%. A qualifying effect that normally lasts 60 seconds lasts 78 seconds with the extension.
- It extends an eligible effect's duration rather than its strength. A healing-over-time spell can restore more total HP by lasting longer, while its healing rate remains unchanged.
- It does not extend every projectile, lingering attack, summoned creature or spell animation. The effect must support duration extension.
- Rallying Standard is a specific eligible skill exception. That does not make every weapon buff or skill qualify for the talisman.
- Keep it equipped if your plan depends on the extra duration. Removing it removes the extension rather than leaving the longer effect available for a free talisman swap.
- It is one of the legendary talismans. Bernahl's nearby invasion is a separate event; the chest remains the pickup even when that invasion does not occur.
