This is a tailoring option, rather than an additional rare drop. The ordinary Tailoring Tools are enough; Golden Tailoring Tools are not required.
You can change it back through tailoring. Boc can alter it for free after receiving his Sewing Needle; doing it yourself costs 500 runes each time.

Starting Site of Grace: Royal Moongazing Grounds
Before you go
- Defeat Royal Knight Loretta in Caria Manor to use this grace.
- Start at Royal Moongazing Grounds, the grace in Royal Knight Loretta's arena at Caria Manor. Return through the entrance to the large staircase below the arena.
- Look for the hooded Pages on and beside these stairs, among the sorcerers and the large troll. Draw a Page away from the group before approaching the next one; their crossbows are dangerous while you are occupied with another enemy.
- Defeat the ordinary Pages and collect any glowing loot they leave. Their brown Page Hood and Page Garb belong to a different outfit from the white High Page clothing.
- Rest at Royal Moongazing Grounds and repeat. A Page can drop Page Hood, Page Garb and Page Trousers, but a single kill does not guarantee any piece.
- Once you have Page Garb, use Alter Garments at a grace with the ordinary Tailoring Tools. Spend 500 runes to make the altered version, or have Boc do the alteration for free once you have returned his Sewing Needle.
