Eligible perfume weapon skills such as Rolling Sparks can benefit alongside Shard of Alexander. A skill bonus and the perfume bonus are separate effects; they do not make every bottled item eligible.

It does not improve the protective bubble or attack buff from Uplifting Aromatic, Bloodboil Aromatic's buff, or the defensive effects of Ironjar Aromatic.

A talisman depicting a set of perfume bottles.

Raises potency of arts employing perfume.

There are gardens known only to the perfumers. Whether hidden on the fringes of the highlands, or obscured by shadows inside caves, the flowers blossom in secret, waiting to impart their scent.

Perfumer's Ruins cellar

Altus Plateau

Starting Site of Grace: Abandoned Coffin

  1. Reach western Altus Plateau through Ruin-Strewn Precipice and Magma Wyrm Makar, or ride down from the plateau toward Abandoned Coffin. Activate that grace before heading northwest to Perfumer's Ruins.
  2. Enter the ruins and watch the perfumers, Omenkiller and large yellow Miranda flower. Find the wooden boards covering a section of floor beside the flower area.
  3. Break the boards with an attack or roll to expose the cellar stairs. Move out of the perfumers' attacks before trying to descend.
  4. Go downstairs and open the chest for Perfumer's Talisman. The nearby outdoor chest contains the cookbook, a separate pickup.

Notes

  • Raises eligible perfume-attack damage by 20%. This includes Spark Aromatic, Perfumer's Bolts and attacks from Perfume Bottle weapons.
  • Eligible perfume weapon skills such as Rolling Sparks can benefit alongside Shard of Alexander. A skill bonus and the perfume bonus are separate effects; they do not make every bottled item eligible.
  • It does not improve the protective bubble or attack buff from Uplifting Aromatic, Bloodboil Aromatic's buff, or the defensive effects of Ironjar Aromatic.
  • Poison Spraymist and Acid Spraymist gain no stronger status or debuff from it. The damage bonus does not increase Poison, Sleep or Madness buildup.
  • Perfumed Oil of Ranah is excluded despite its name. It also does not boost ordinary pots simply because they are crafted consumables.
  • Does not reduce FP costs, add reusable bottles or save crafting materials. The talisman weighs 0.6.
  • Its chest is in the cellar beneath Perfumer's Ruins, not the separate cookbook chest near the outdoor table. Neither the Omenkiller nor a boss must be defeated for the pickup.
