Starting Site of Grace: Unsightly Catacombs

Before you go

Bring two Stonesword Keys.

Reach Altus Plateau by collecting the Dectus Medallion halves from Fort Haight and Fort Faroth, or by defeating Magma Wyrm Makar at Ruin-Strewn Precipice. Reach Abandoned Coffin in the lower western valley.
From Abandoned Coffin, follow the shallow lake northwest toward Perfumer's Ruins. Before entering the ruins, take the lower path on the left toward the cliff entrance to Unsightly Catacombs.
Spend two Stonesword Keys at the entrance seal and activate the grace inside. Descend the stairs and check the corner on the right for a Misbegotten before approaching the one lying on the floor.
Continue north along the passage as it turns right. Deal with the large patrolling Misbegotten and the other enemy coming around the corner before descending the next stairs.
Watch for a winged enemy on the right at the bottom. Continue through the passage to the room with a dog and large Misbegotten, then use the hallway on the right relative to where you entered.
Follow the stairs winding around the large open chamber to the lower landing. Look down for the floor full of apparently dead Misbegotten, then drop carefully and crouch. Several of those bodies are sleeping enemies.
Crouch through the room to its northern hallway and take the stairs up to the boss lever. Pull it to open the main boss doors.
From the lever, go left, south, around the corner. Continue around the next corner to the large Misbegotten beside a corpse.
Loot that corpse for Prattling Pate "Apologies". You can return to the lever and drop onto the dirt below for the main corridor. The boss fight is not required for the voice item.

The corpse is on the upper ledge beyond the boss lever in Unsightly Catacombs. It is separate from Winged Misbegotten Ashes on the lower sleeping-enemy floor.
Two Stonesword Keys are needed to enter the dungeon. Neither Perfumer Tricia nor the Misbegotten Warrior needs to be defeated for this pickup.
