Starting Site of Grace: Impaler's Catacombs

1. Cross the Bridge of Sacrifice into the Weeping Peninsula and follow the main road south to Castle Morne Rampart. Use the spiritspring beside this area to jump onto the eastern high ground.
2. Ride north past Oridys's Rise and Beside the Crater-Pocked Glade. Keep along the eastern cliff past the glowing craters and large gravestone to the doors of Impaler's Catacombs.
3. Activate the grace, descend past the locked boss door and take the passage on its left. At the fork, turn right into the room with a flat rising floor.
4. Step onto that floor, then immediately retreat into the entrance passage. Let the platform rise to the spikes without you on it.
5. Drop into the space beneath the raised platform and follow the wet passage into the first chamber with corpses repeatedly rising from the floor.
6. Loot the body holding the pate while avoiding the enemies' grabs. The item is a fixed corpse pickup, rather than a random drop from those enemies.
7. Continue along the lower passage to the ladder. Climb it, pull the lever and take the upper passage to the window back toward the entrance. Fighting the Burial Watchdog is unnecessary for the pate.

• Plays the recorded voice saying "Please help."
• Reusable and costs no FP. Use it from the inventory, or place it in a pouch or quick-item slot for easier access. Repeated use does not consume the tool.
• Useful for a greeting or reaction during multiplayer. It does not send a request for another player, deal damage or provide a combat buff.
• The use animation leaves you standing in place for a moment. Play the voice somewhere safe instead of treating it as a defensive action.
• The spoken phrase does not automatically summon a cooperator or Spirit Ash. Use the appropriate summoning item for that.
