Adds the casting-speed equivalent of 30 Dexterity for eligible spell animations. It does not add real Dexterity to your attributes.

Casting-speed benefits cap at 70 effective Dexterity. At 40 actual Dexterity, this talisman reaches that cap without another casting-speed item.

Azur's Glintstone Staff provides 40 virtual Dexterity for casting speed. Combining its effect with the icon reaches the cap even at a low actual Dexterity, but the staff's own FP-cost penalty still matters.

A legendary talisman depicting the Elden Lord Radagon.

Shortens the casting time of sorceries and incantations.

As the husband of Rennala of Caria, the red-haired Radagon studied sorcery, and as the husband of Queen Marika, he studied incantations. Thus did the hero aspire to be complete.

Before you go

  • Defeat the Red Wolf of Radagon.
  1. Defeat the Red Wolf of Radagon and activate Debate Parlor.
  2. Leave through the door to the open courtyard and immediately turn right along the outside of the building.
  3. Jump over the low stone fence and follow the narrow path to the ladder.
  4. Climb the ladder and go through the broken window into the upper balcony above the Debate Parlor.
  5. Open the chest for Radagon Icon. Rennala does not need to be defeated.

  • Adds the casting-speed equivalent of 30 Dexterity for eligible spell animations. It does not add real Dexterity to your attributes.
  • Casting-speed benefits cap at 70 effective Dexterity. At 40 actual Dexterity, this talisman reaches that cap without another casting-speed item.
  • Azur's Glintstone Staff provides 40 virtual Dexterity for casting speed. Combining its effect with the icon reaches the cap even at a low actual Dexterity, but the staff's own FP-cost penalty still matters.
  • Not every part of every casting animation changes with casting speed. The effect is not a flat 30% reduction to all cast times, and it does not shorten spell durations or raise projectile damage.
  • The virtual stat does not satisfy weapon requirements or raise Dexterity-scaled weapon damage. It also does not give a general weapon-skill animation-speed increase.
  • Cannot be equipped with Beloved Stardust. It is one of the legendary talismans, and Rennala is optional for the Debate Parlor balcony chest.
