About this item
Take it to Finger Reader Enia at Roundtable Hold to choose a reward: Winged Greathorn or Ancestral Spirit's Horn.
Consuming it gives 30,000 runes and spends the remembrance. Spending it on runes removes that copy, so choose the unique reward first if you want it.
A Walking Mausoleum with a bell or a remembrance-duplication coffin in the Realm of Shadow can make another copy after you have earned it. Each mausoleum or coffin can be used once.

In-game description
Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor Spirit, hewn into the Erdtree.
The power of its namesake can be unlocked by the Finger Reader.
Alternatively, it can be used to gain a great bounty of runes.
Ancestral spirits exist as a phenomenon beyond the purview of the Erdtree. Life sprouts from death, as it does from birth. Such is the way of the living.
Where to find
Regal Ancestor Spirit
Nokron, Eternal City
Starting Site of Grace: Ancestral Woods
- Defeat Starscourge Radahn at the Radahn Festival in Redmane Castle. His defeat opens the starfall crater in Limgrave; it is not the sealed Siofra River overlook reached from the Four Belfries.
- Return to the Mistwood near Fort Haight and find the new crater marked by floating rocks. Use the descending ledges and openings to enter Nokron, Eternal City.
- Follow the rooftops down into Nokron's streets, then continue to the Mimic Tear boss. Defeat it and cross the long bridge beyond the arena.
- Leave the bridge on the left where it opens into woodland. Follow the western cliff to Ancestral Woods grace, overlooking the lower rooftops.
- In the upper woods, light the pillar beside the cliff near the broken bridge. Continue along the brick road for the next roadside pillar.
- Follow the road to the raised ledge with a singing Ancestral Follower. Deal with the nearby followers and light the pillar beside the singer.
- Go northwest behind the large rock for another pillar. Continue north toward the cliff and flooded ruins for the pillar guarded by giant rats and chanting followers.
- Find the remaining pillar in the ruins near the deer remains beside upper Hallowhorn Grounds. These are six pillars in the upper woods, separate from the eight in lower Siofra River.
- Check the flames along the Hallowhorn Grounds stairs to confirm all six are lit. Touch the glowing horned remains inside to enter the spirit arena.
- Defeat Regal Ancestor Spirit to receive its remembrance automatically. Lower Siofra's ordinary Ancestor Spirit gives Ancestral Follower Ashes instead.
Notes
- Take it to Finger Reader Enia at Roundtable Hold to choose a reward: Winged Greathorn or Ancestral Spirit's Horn.
- Consuming it gives 30,000 runes and spends the remembrance. Spending it on runes removes that copy, so choose the unique reward first if you want it.
- A Walking Mausoleum with a bell or a remembrance-duplication coffin in the Realm of Shadow can make another copy after you have earned it. Each mausoleum or coffin can be used once.
- Duplication still works after the original has been exchanged or consumed. It does not reset the stock of an Enia reward you already claimed in this journey.
- Winged Greathorn is a greataxe; Ancestral Spirit's Horn is a talisman that restores FP when enemies are defeated. The talisman does not grant steady FP regeneration during a fight with no kills.
- The remembrance is not equipped or activated with a Rune Arc. It is separate from Great Runes and from the direct rune reward for defeating the boss.
- Keep it until you reach Enia's remembrance menu if you want a unique reward. Duplication gives another remembrance, rather than bypassing an already purchased reward's one-per-journey stock.
