Effects
Reduces incoming Magic damage by 22% against enemies or 7% against other players. The smaller player-versus-player value applies against player attacks, rather than using the enemy reduction everywhere.
Only the Magic part of a mixed hit receives this reduction. It does not make every attack from an enemy using that element deal less damage.
Cannot be equipped with another Spelldrake variant. Earlier versions are not required to collect or use a stronger one.

In-game description
Talisman with a large depiction of a blue ancient dragon.
Boosts magic damage negation by the utmost.
The ancient dragons, who ruled in the prehistoric era before the Erdtree, would protect their lord as a wall of living rock.
And so it is that the shape of the dragon has become symbolic of all manner of protections.
Where to find
Storeroom below Castle Ensis's bridge
Gravesite Plain
Starting Site of Grace: Castle Front
- In Gravesite Plain, follow the eastern road from Three-Path Cross across Ellac Greatbridge to Castle Front. The talisman is below the bridge into Castle Ensis, rather than inside its main courtyard.
- From Castle Front, ride north toward the cliffs beside the bridge leading into Castle Ensis.
- Look down for the descending ledges and path beneath the bridge. Work down carefully rather than jumping straight off the upper road.
- Follow the lower path east along the base of the castle.
- Find the storeroom opening and jump into it from the path.
- Loot the corpse at the far end for the talisman. You do not need to fight Rellana or progress through the castle interior.
Notes
- Reduces incoming Magic damage by 22% against enemies or 7% against other players. The smaller player-versus-player value applies against player attacks, rather than using the enemy reduction everywhere.
- Only the Magic part of a mixed hit receives this reduction. It does not make every attack from an enemy using that element deal less damage.
- Cannot be equipped with another Spelldrake variant. Earlier versions are not required to collect or use a stronger one.
- Pearldrake Talisman can provide another compatible layer against this element. The reductions multiply rather than adding their percentages together.
- Magic means the damage type, rather than every spell. Physical sorceries and Fire, Lightning or Holy incantations are not all covered. This does not raise Intelligence, maximum FP or outgoing sorcery damage.
- With 25% existing negation for a covered damage type, its 22% enemy reduction gives 41.5% total negation. It is not an extra 22 percentage points added directly to the armor display.
- This is the strongest Spelldrake version. Its storeroom lies below Castle Ensis's approach bridge, so Rellana and the castle's interior route are unnecessary.
- Weighs 0.9. Its protection stays active while equipped; it does not need FP, a casting tool or an attribute requirement.
