Said to be a budding horn. The ancestral followers believe that the horns of a long-lived beast continue to bud like antlers, over and over again, until the beast one day becomes an ancestral spirit.

Starting Site of Grace: Mausoleum Compound

  1. Reach Mausoleum Compound in northeastern Liurnia, where the walking mausoleums roam.
  2. Go north uphill from the grace, then turn left toward the tall rock to the southwest.
  3. Circle counterclockwise around the rock until you find the natural opening and the ledge beyond it.
  4. Drop onto the safe ledge and follow it left to the corpse overlooking the cliff.
  5. Loot the charm. The nearby mausoleums do not need to be brought down.

Notes

  • Adds 90 Robustness, increasing the buildup needed to trigger Blood Loss and Frostbite.
  • It does not reduce the direct damage of a hit or make either ailment impossible to trigger. Repeated applications can still fill the larger bar.
  • It does not cure an active Frostbite effect or restore HP lost to a Blood Loss burst.
  • Poison and Scarlet Rot use Immunity, while Sleep and Madness use Focus. This charm does not provide those other resistance stats or Death Blight protection.
  • Cannot be equipped with the +1 or +2 variants. A compatible Mottled Necklace can add more Robustness along with its other resistances.
  • The nearby walking mausoleums are optional. The talisman is on the cliff-side corpse reached by circling the tall rock near Mausoleum Compound.
