Effects
Adds 140 Robustness against Bleed and Frostbite buildup. The basic version gives 90, while the +2 gives 180.
This raises the amount needed to trigger the ailment. It does not reduce every hit's direct damage, undo a Bleed burst or remove Frostbite already active.
Poison, Scarlet Rot, Sleep, Madness and Death Blight are outside this bonus. A weapon's Fire or Magic damage is also separate from its buildup.

In-game description
An accoutrement worn by the ancestral followers.
Greatly raises robustness.
(Robustness governs resistance to blood loss and frost.)
Said to be a budding horn. The ancestral followers believe that the horns of a long-lived beast continue to bud like antlers, over and over again, until the beast one day becomes an ancestral spirit.
Where to find
Corpse on a fallen log near Yelough Anix
Consecrated Snowfield
Starting Site of Grace: Inner Consecrated Snowfield
Before you go
- Reach the Consecrated Snowfield.
- Obtain the right Haligtree Secret Medallion half from Albus in Village of the Albinaurics, beneath southwestern Liurnia's plateau. Follow the village path uphill past the perfumer, reveal the large pot before the bridge and speak to Albus. Stop attacking once he appears.
- Obtain the left half from the rooftop beyond Commander Niall in Castle Sol. After defeating Niall, go through the exit behind his arena, ride the tower lift and collect the half beside the seated spirit. It is a separate pickup from his direct weapon reward.
- Return to the Grand Lift of Rold and switch the action to Hoist secret medallion. Follow Hidden Path to the Haligtree through to the snowy exit. The ordinary Rold Medallion goes to the other part of the Mountaintops.
- Activate Consecrated Snowfield grace near the exit. For Inner Consecrated Snowfield, continue north through the blizzard until the open ground becomes clearer; keep the grace as a safe return point.
- From Inner Consecrated Snowfield, ride southwest toward Yelough Anix Ruins. Search the snowy ground east and southeast of Yelough Anix Tunnel's entrance.
- Find the fallen log guarded by an Ancestral Follower and a shaman. Separate them or make enough room to approach the body draped over the log.
- Loot the corpse for Stalwart Horn Charm +1. The enemies do not drop it randomly, and the tunnel's Astel boss is unnecessary.

- Cannot be equipped with another Stalwart Horn Charm. Mottled Necklace can add compatible Robustness.
- Loot the body draped over the fallen log near Yelough Anix, rather than farming the two guards for a random talisman drop.
- Yelough Anix Ruins is a landmark, not a Site of Grace. Inner Consecrated Snowfield provides the approach used here, and entering Yelough Anix Tunnel or defeating Astel is unnecessary.
