Creates a summon sign for cooperative multiplayer.

Arrive as a cooperator (Furled Finger) with the objective of defeating the area boss of the world to which you were summoned.

A finger of corpse wax, furled like a hook.

It is a relic of those who came before, left to help those who would come after.

Starting Site of Grace: Stranded Graveyard

1. From the room where you first wake up, use the main doorway and climb toward Stranded Graveyard grace. The drop beside the seated ghost leads to the optional combat tutorial instead.
2. Search the corpse on the main exit route, before the lift that carries you outside to Limgrave. Collect Tarnished's Furled Finger and Finger Severer together.

Notes

• Places a gold cooperative summon sign where you stand. Another player can choose it to bring you into their world to help defeat the area boss.
• The host normally needs a Furlcalling Finger Remedy to see the sign. Use the same multiplayer password when arranging a session with a particular friend; ordinary matchmaking also considers character and weapon upgrade levels.
• You can have one placed sign at a time. Writing another replaces the old one, so move it close to the intended meeting point before waiting.
• It is reusable and costs no FP. Successfully helping defeat a boss can award a Rune Arc.
• Finger Severer is on the same corpse. It lets you leave a summoned session voluntarily instead of waiting for a death or boss victory.
