Increases the qualifying final hit of a normal attack chain by 45%, with the same bonus against players. It works with other weapon classes, rather than requiring a twinblade.

The earlier hits do not receive that bonus. A shorter chain, such as those on several colossal weapons, can reach the finishing attack sooner than a long twinblade chain.

You can start with another attack if it connects smoothly into the normal chain and still reaches the eligible finishing animation. You do not have to begin every sequence with the first standing light attack.

Enhances the final hit ending a chain of attacks.

The twinblade technique is a tradition of the confessors, who closely guard the secret of how they preserve the momentum of their attacks. Thus is the final strike of their onslaught all the more deadly.

Starting Site of Grace: Behind the Castle

  1. Progress through Castle Morne and reach Behind the Castle on the cliffs outside the rear wall.
  2. Look northwest for the lower route leading toward the western tower. Use the ledges to descend rather than dropping directly to the beach.
  3. Deal with the Scaly Misbegotten guarding the approach and climb the tower ladder.
  4. Follow the upper platform around to the chest and open it for Twinblade Talisman.
  5. Leonine Misbegotten's beach boss fight is not required.

  • The earlier hits do not receive that bonus. A shorter chain, such as those on several colossal weapons, can reach the finishing attack sooner than a long twinblade chain.
  • You can start with another attack if it connects smoothly into the normal chain and still reaches the eligible finishing animation. You do not have to begin every sequence with the first standing light attack.
  • Eligible paired attack chains can benefit too. Shield Strike also qualifies where it uses the weapon's off-hand light-attack chain; this does not make every skill's final hit eligible.
  • The bonus does not apply generally to the last contact of any spell, jumping attack or multi-hit skill. The finishing move must belong to a qualifying normal attack chain.
  • Leave enough time to complete the sequence. Dodging away or restarting before its finisher can mean you get no benefit from this slot during that opening.
  • The western tower chest in Castle Morne holds the talisman. Leonine Misbegotten's beach boss fight is not required.
