Two-headed turtles are a favorite subject in the land of the tower, due to the spiral shape of their intertwined necks.

Starting Site of Grace: Ellac River Cave

1. To enter the Realm of Shadow, defeat Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood, then touch the withered arm in Mohg's arena at Mohgwyn Palace.
2. From Castle Front, ride south to the crossroads, turn east and follow the road to the next fork. Take the right-hand dirt track, then the left fork downhill toward the southeast.
3. Pass the bloodfiends and descend into the shallow poison area. Follow the lower path down toward the river rather than climbing toward the fort; watch for militia and poison traps along the descent.
4. At the bottom is a shallow pool with a giant crab. Turn southwest into the opening in the cliff, continue through the cave past the Revered Spirit Ash chamber and activate Ellac River Cave grace.
5. Activate Ellac River Cave, then leave the cave onto the river. Turn north upstream, away from the southern waterfall ledges used to reach Cerulean Coast.
6. Stay along the western bank as you pass the wide pool. An Ulcerated Tree Spirit can rise from the water; defeating it is unnecessary for this talisman.
7. Continue north to the waterfall with the giant crab nearby. Go through the falling water into the small chamber behind it, clear the hostile creatures and loot the corpse at the back.
8. Rivermouth Cave has its own entrance nearby. You do not need to enter that dungeon or defeat its Bloodfiend boss for the talisman.

Notes

• Adds 10 stamina recovery per second while stamina is refilling. It is the stronger talisman alternative to Green Turtle's 8 per second.
• Cannot be equipped with Green Turtle Talisman. Their shared family prevents using both talismans together.
• Can combine with Great Turtle Shell's 3 extra recovery per second for 13 extra per second while both effects are active.
• Greenburst Crystal Tear adds another 15 per second during its effect. With the talisman and shell, that gives 28 extra stamina per second during recovery.
• It does not raise maximum stamina, lower action costs or remove the delay before recovery starts. Leave enough stamina to escape instead of assuming an empty bar refills immediately.
• The corpse is behind the upper Ellac River waterfall. Rivermouth Cave is a separate dungeon, and its boss is unnecessary for this talisman.
