In-game description
Shard of a shattered warrior jar.
Boosts the attack power of skills.
Scraps of stewed flesh cling to the shard, and tatters of ornaments can be seen mingled within the slime. Relics of ancient royal warriors, perhaps.
Where to find
Alexander before his final duel
Limgrave / later Alexander locations
Starting Site of Grace: Saintsbridge
Before you go
- Kill Alexander before his final Farum Azula duel.
- Find Alexander in his early Stormhill location on the cliff near Saintsbridge, where he calls for help while stuck in the ground.
- Attacking and killing him before his final Farum Azula duel gives Warrior Jar Shard.
- He can also give this weaker shard if killed at a later ordinary quest meeting before that duel.
- This permanently ends his quest. Leave him alive if you want Shard of Alexander and Alexander's Innards from the proper finale.
Notes
- Increases eligible weapon-skill damage by 10%, with the same percentage against other players.
- It does not increase normal weapon attacks, sorceries, incantations or the strength and duration of a non-damaging skill buff.
- Can combine with separate eligible effects such as Godfrey Icon on a qualifying charged skill. The same attack must satisfy both conditions.
- Cannot be equipped with Shard of Alexander, which gives the stronger 15% skill-damage bonus.
- Killing Alexander before his final Farum Azula duel awards this weaker shard and permanently ends his quest. It forfeits Shard of Alexander and Alexander's Innards for that quest.
- Losing the innards also prevents their normal handover to Jar-Bairn for his final reward. Leave Alexander alive if you want to complete both stories.
