About this set
Consists of Blue Festive Hood and Blue Festive Garb. There are no matching gloves or trousers; the two pieces together weigh 5.8 and provide 9 poise.
The clothes have no rune-gain, spell or attribute bonus. Their comparatively good Holy protection and status resistance do not make them heavy protective armor.
The blue sickle carriers drop the hood and garb separately, each with a 1.5% base chance at 100 Item Discovery. You may find duplicates before completing the pair.

Where to find
Dominula, Windmill Village
Altus Plateau
Starting Site of Grace: Windmill Village
- Reach Altus Plateau with the Dectus Medallion halves from Fort Haight and Fort Faroth, or defeat Magma Wyrm Makar at the top of Ruin-Strewn Precipice.
- From Altus Highway Junction, follow the road north past the map monument to Forest-Spanning Greatbridge. The waygate beside that grace brings you to the northern end of the broken bridge.
- Leave the northern bridge end and follow the road east across northern Altus, toward the windmills. At the village junction, take the uphill path through the wooden entrance arch and activate Windmill Village grace.
- Follow the village path uphill and look for the dancers in blue, carrying small sickles. Their blue hoods and capes distinguish them from the yellow-clad women.
- Defeat the blue-clad dancers and collect any dropped loot. Each blue armor piece is a separate random drop, so finding the hood does not guarantee the garb.
- Rest at Windmill Village grace to bring the dancers back and repeat. The Godskin Apostle at the top of the village is not required for this farm.

- Neither piece can be tailored. The yellow outfit and its flower-crown hood are separate items, and you can mix these clothes with other armor without losing a full-outfit effect.
