In-game description

A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground.

Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick.

The resulting concoction gradually restores one's HP over time.

Where to find

Minor Erdtree

Weeping Peninsula

Starting Site of Grace: Church of Pilgrimage

  1. From the Church of Pilgrimage in northern Weeping Peninsula, head south toward the Minor Erdtree marked on the map.
  2. Approach the trunk and defeat the Erdtree Avatar guarding it. You receive both the Opaline Bubbletear and Crimsonburst Crystal Tear when it dies; there is no separate chest to find.

Notes

  • Restores 7 HP each second for three minutes, reaching 1,260 HP if the full effect runs and none of the healing is wasted.
  • This is gradual healing. It will not save you from a lethal hit, and healing received while your HP is full is wasted.
  • It occupies the health regeneration buff slot, so another regeneration buff can replace it. Do not assume every healing effect stacks.
  • Rest at a Site of Grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick to use this tear. Drinking the flask uses its charge; resting refills it without consuming the tear.
  • Blessed Dew Talisman can add its own steady healing, while another buff in the same regeneration category can replace this tear. A healing talisman and a timed regeneration spell do not all follow the same stacking rule.
