Scales all arrow damage with faith, revealing its true worth when used with holy-infused arrows.
Skill

Where to find
Limgrave
Starting Site of Grace: Stranded Graveyard
Before you go
- Bring two Stonesword Keys and a bow with arrows.
- Use two Stonesword Keys at the barrier beside Stranded Graveyard. Descend the ladder, sprint through the poison, and use the chariot passage's side alcoves to work down safely.
- At the start of the narrow bridge, look over either edge for a ledge below. Drop onto that ledge, clear the Imps, and follow the passage down to the fire pillar. Time your crossing using the side recess, then strike the pillar to lower it.
- Take the passage toward the chamber with the narrow bridge and two Grafted Scions. At the far end of this bridge, look down for the safe ledge before dropping. Continue down into the water below.
- Leave the water through the southwestern passage and take the lift up to the balcony overlooking the chariot. Defeat the spectral knight on the balcony.
- Use your bow to shoot the rope holding one of the large pots above the chariot's path. Time the shot so the falling pot hits the chariot. Destroying it awards Erdtree Greatbow and makes the chariot route safe.
- There are three hanging pots. If all miss the chariot, rest at a grace to reset them and try again. The reward comes from destroying the chariot; defeating the Ulcerated Tree Spirit boss is unnecessary.
Notes
- Requires 20 Strength, 14 Dexterity and 14 Faith and weighs 11. Greatbows fire with both hands, so 14 actual Strength meets the Strength requirement; Dexterity and Faith still need to be 14.
- Faith improves its holy damage, while Strength is the stronger physical contributor and Dexterity is weaker. The holy base damage and matching ammunition make Faith useful rather than it being only an equip requirement.
- Only greatarrows work with it. Golden Great Arrows combine their holy damage with the bow's own holy portion; ordinary Golden Arrows are the wrong ammunition size.
- Matching holy damage does not bypass holy resistance. Against a resistant enemy, a high combined attack rating can still produce less HP damage than expected because physical and holy portions are defended separately.
- Through and Through is fixed and costs 9 FP plus one greatarrow per shot. It can pierce through enemies in a line, but its slow draw leaves you exposed at close range.
- The golden aura created by Golden Great Arrows is an ammunition effect. The bow does not grant that party buff with every other greatarrow type.
- Upgrade with Somber Smithing Stones to +10. Its skill and affinity cannot be changed, and grease or a weapon enchantment cannot be applied.
- Destroying Fringefolk Hero's Grave's chariot with a hanging pot awards the bow directly. Shooting the pot rope is a timing puzzle, not a random drop, and killing the spectral knight alone does not award it.
