Starting Site of Grace: Queen's Bedchamber

Before you go

Defeat Maliketh in Crumbling Farum Azula. After the scene, activate Leyndell, Capital of Ash grace near your arrival point.
Cross the ash toward the southwest, aiming for the surviving approach to Erdtree Sanctuary. The ordinary streets and former lower-city graces no longer provide the old route.
Climb the surviving stairs and ride the lift up to sanctuary level. Enter the room where you previously fought Godfrey's golden shade.
Defeat Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing, inside the sanctuary. His defeat awards Scepter of the All-Knowing and the four regular armor pieces together.
Activate Erdtree Sanctuary grace after the fight. The later Godfrey fight and the final bosses are not needed for this outfit.
From Erdtree Sanctuary, go out through the eastern opening and climb the large tree root to the upper floor. Follow the upper walkway and stairs toward Queen's Bedchamber.
Activate the bedchamber grace and collect Erdtree Heal from the room. The later Godfrey fight is beyond the bedchamber and does not need to be completed first.

Requires 42 Faith, one memory slot and a sacred seal, and costs 65 FP. This is a large immediate heal for you and nearby allies.
Restores HP equal to 5.9 times the casting seal's Faith-based Incantation Scaling to you and 3.98 times that Faith-based scaling to nearby allies. Allies therefore receive less than the caster from the same prayer.
Only the seal's Faith-based casting strength contributes to this heal. Strength from Clawmark Seal, Arcane from Dragon Communion Seal and Intelligence from Golden Order Seal can raise the displayed Incantation Scaling without giving the same increase to healing.
Hold the casting button to delay the release while an ally moves closer. Holding it does not increase the amount healed, and the prayer leaves you open to interruption.
The area heal also damages and staggers nearby Revenants. This is a particular weakness of those enemies, rather than a Holy attack against every opponent.
The large heal is useful when one safe cast needs to recover a lot of missing health. It can waste FP when you only need a small top-up, and it gives no protection while you are trying to finish the prayer.
It does not remove poison, Scarlet Rot or other status effects. Restoring HP and curing an ailment are separate actions.
Found only after Maliketh changes the capital. Before that change, the bedchamber holds Blessing of the Erdtree, which is a different incantation and does not turn into this one in your inventory.
