A relic of the physick chemists, priests of the Erdtree.
Harnesses the powers of crystal tears, which only form after the passage of many moons.

Rest at a site of grace to replenish.
Basins are placed at the feet of Minor Erdtrees throughout the Lands Between in order to collect their crystallized tears.
Where to find
Stone basin in the Third Church of Marika
Limgrave
Starting Site of Grace: Third Church of Marika
- Follow the road east from Stormhill toward Summonwater Village, then head south along the road into eastern Limgrave.
- Find the ruined Third Church of Marika and activate the grace inside.
- Search the stone basin in the church and collect the Flask of Wondrous Physick with the Crimson Crystal Tear. Check the statue for the separate Sacred Tear pickup.
Twin Maiden Husks fallback stock
Roundtable Hold
Starting Site of Grace: Table of Lost Grace
Before you go
- Defeat two shardbearers without obtaining the flask.
- If you have defeated two shardbearers without collecting the flask, visit the Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold.
- Buy the missing Flask of Wondrous Physick from their ordinary shop for 500 runes when its fallback stock appears. This is separate from Kalé's note about the flask.
Notes
- Rest at a Site of Grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick to put up to two Crystal Tears into the flask.
- One drink activates the chosen tears together. The flask has one charge and refills when you rest.
- Mixing does not consume the Crystal Tears. You can change them at a grace to suit the next area or boss.
- Each tear has its own duration and restrictions. Combining two does not make a short effect last as long as the longer one.
- Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears upgrade your Crimson and Cerulean flasks. They do not add Physick charges or increase every tear's strength.
- If the flask was missed before defeating two shardbearers, the Twin Maiden Husks provide a 500-rune fallback purchase. The flask is still a single reusable tool rather than a supply of one-use drinks.
