Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick.

The resulting concoction temporarily boosts stamina recovery speed.

Caelid

Starting Site of Grace: Smoldering Church

1. Start at the Smoldering Church on the border between Limgrave and Caelid. Head east toward the nearby Minor Erdtree, then follow the ground down to its base.
2. Defeat the Putrid Avatar beneath the tree. Watch for the Scarlet Rot left by its attacks and move away from the pools rather than standing in them.
3. The reward includes both Greenburst Crystal Tear and Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear. This is the western Caelid tree, not the stronger Avatar in Dragonbarrow.

Notes

• Adds 15 points per second to stamina recovery for three minutes.
• This helps your stamina refill faster; Greenspill Crystal Tear increases the size of the stamina bar instead.
• You still need to leave an opening for stamina to recover. Repeated attacks and rolls continue to spend stamina.
• Rest at a Site of Grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick to use this tear. Drinking the flask uses its charge; resting refills it without consuming the tear.
• Green Turtle Talisman adds another 8 stamina per second, or Two-Headed Turtle Talisman adds 10. Their recovery can combine with the tear, but the two talismans cannot be equipped together.
