Erdtree incantations

Effects

An Erdtree incantation discovered in the realm of shadow.

Fires a projectile toward distant allies that greatly restores HP on contact.

Even when far beyond, far out of sight, the Erdtree will surely give us its blessing.

Scadu Altus

Starting Site of Grace: Moorth Ruins

Before you go

• To enter the Realm of Shadow, defeat Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood, then touch the withered arm in Mohg's arena at Mohgwyn Palace.

1. To enter the Realm of Shadow, defeat Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood, then touch the withered arm in Mohg's arena at Mohgwyn Palace.
2. From Moorth Ruins grace in Scadu Altus, ride northeast to the small triangular pool. Look for the cave beside a statue of Marika and a Scadutree Fragment.
3. Enter the cave and follow it past the perfumers to the glowing golden tree. Take the path to its right down into the swamp.
4. At the small glowing golden tree in the cave, loot Heal from Afar before taking the side path onward to Rauh Base. The Perfumers and Miranda Blossom are hazards around the pickup.

Notes

• Requires 18 Faith, uses one memory slot and costs 45 FP and 40 stamina. It fires a healing orb that bursts when it meets a character or a surface.
• The caster recovers HP equal to 4.2 times the casting seal's Faith-based Incantation Scaling when caught in the burst. Allies recover 3.36 times that Faith-based scaling.
• Only the seal's Faith-based casting strength contributes to this heal. Strength from Clawmark Seal, Arcane from Dragon Communion Seal and Intelligence from Golden Order Seal can raise the displayed Incantation Scaling without giving the same increase to healing.
• Aim at the ground beside yourself or a nearby wall for a personal heal. Sending the orb far away does not also heal you when you are outside its impact area.
• For a distant ally, aim at the ground or an enemy beside them if targeting the moving player is difficult. The heal is an area burst, so the ally needs to be near the actual impact.
• It gives the caster the same basic recovery as Lord's Heal for 10 less FP, while reaching farther and healing allies more strongly. Erdtree Heal restores more in one cast but costs 65 FP.
• The burst damages Revenants and Revenant Followers through their healing weakness and breaks their stance. This lets you use that weakness from farther away than a close-range prayer.
• It cannot be cast while riding Torrent. It also does not cure poison, Scarlet Rot or other ailments; restoring HP is a separate effect.
• The pickup is beneath the glowing tree in the tunnel north of Moorth Ruins. You can collect it on the way to Rauh Base without defeating a dungeon boss.
