About this item

Deals physical Pierce damage and applies Blood Loss, with 70 base buildup before Arcane scaling. It costs no FP.

Dexterity has the largest damage-scaling contribution, with strong Strength scaling and a smaller Arcane contribution. Arcane also raises its bleed buildup.

The throw is slower than Throwing Dagger's. Give yourself room and aim at an enemy already committed to an action instead of throwing as a fast attack reaches you.

Notes

  • Deals physical Pierce damage and applies Blood Loss, with 70 base buildup before Arcane scaling. It costs no FP.
  • Dexterity has the largest damage-scaling contribution, with strong Strength scaling and a smaller Arcane contribution. Arcane also raises its bleed buildup.
  • The throw is slower than Throwing Dagger's. Give yourself room and aim at an enemy already committed to an action instead of throwing as a fast attack reaches you.
  • Blood Loss still needs enough buildup and a susceptible target. An immune enemy takes the direct hit without the health-based bleed burst.
  • The Castle Morne Rampart merchant sells an unlimited supply for 60 runes each. No cookbook or crafting material is required.
  • It is a thrown consumable rather than a dagger you equip and upgrade. Your current weapon's affinity or grease does not determine its buildup.
