About this item

Consumes one scrap and 10 FP to release a larger burst of Magic bolts. Damage scales only with Intelligence.

Each projectile has its own hit and defense calculation. A target leaving the burst or moving behind cover can prevent the full potential from connecting.

It does not use a staff's Sorcery Scaling or require a memory slot. An equipped staff's reinforcement level is separate from this consumable attack.

Large piece of glintstone tinged with unstable magic. Found in crystal tunnels.

Break gem, using FP to produce a magic bolt.

Poor quality and thereby easily broken, a sorcerer wouldn't give it a second look.

Sorcerer Miners in Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel

Liurnia of the Lakes

Starting Site of Grace: Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel

  1. Stay at lake level on the northeastern side of Liurnia and find the mine entrance in the cliff east of the Walking Mausoleum. This is Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel, not Academy Crystal Cave on the academy island.
  2. Take the entrance lift down and activate the grace. Continue into the first working chamber and take the right-hand steps toward the chest and the nearby Glintstone Miners.
  3. Defeat the staff-wielding Sorcerer Miners and inspect their drops for Large Glintstone Scrap. Ordinary pickaxe miners and fixed mine pickups are not all the same loot list.
  4. Return to the grace and rest to repeat the miner route. The Crystalian boss is unnecessary for these random drops.

  • Consumes one scrap and 10 FP to release a larger burst of Magic bolts. Damage scales only with Intelligence.
  • Each projectile has its own hit and defense calculation. A target leaving the burst or moving behind cover can prevent the full potential from connecting.
  • It does not use a staff's Sorcery Scaling or require a memory slot. An equipped staff's reinforcement level is separate from this consumable attack.
  • Ordinary Glintstone Scrap costs 4 FP and is available as an unlimited bearing-shop purchase. The larger version is a separate item, not something made by combining small scraps.
  • Sorcerer Miners can provide a renewable drop, but their loot is not guaranteed. Fixed corpse bundles in mines are a different supply and do not refill after resting.
  • Carry only what you intend to use and keep FP for your next action. A large projectile spread is not automatically more efficient against a small, fast enemy.
