IncantationTwo Fingers incantations

Reduces incoming Lightning damage by 35% against enemies or 10% against players for 90 seconds. It does not reduce a dragon's physical bites or claw attacks just because that dragon also uses lightning.

Two Fingers incantations

In-game description

Incantation of the Two Fingers' faithful.

Increases lightning damage negation.

This incantation can be cast while in motion.

Follow the path that has been set for you, and you will make enemies of all others: the monks, the sorcerers, the ancient dragon knights, and the scions of gold. Heed me—the Lands Between offers no welcome to the Tarnished.

Where to find

Brother Corhyn's Altus shop

Altus Plateau

Starting Site of Grace: Altus Highway Junction

Before you go

  • Have 7,500 runes.
  • Reach Corhyn's expanded Altus shop while he is available; his bell bearing does not unlock later stock that never opened.
  1. Reach Altus Plateau using the Grand Lift of Dectus with both medallion halves, or the Ruin-Strewn Precipice route through Magma Wyrm Makar.
  2. Speak to Corhyn at Roundtable Hold about his departure. Find him beside the road near the Altus map monument, north of Altus Highway Junction.
  3. Buy Lightning Fortification from his incantation shop for 7,500 runes. This is later stock, rather than one of his starting Roundtable spells.
  4. Buy it while he is available in this stage. If he dies before unlocking the stock, handing in his bell bearing does not automatically unlock every spell he could have sold later.

Notes

  • Reduces incoming Lightning damage by 35% against enemies or 10% against players for 90 seconds. It does not reduce a dragon's physical bites or claw attacks just because that dragon also uses lightning.
  • This is a body buff. Other body buffs, including Boiled Crab, Flame, Grant Me Strength and other fortification spells, replace it. Golden Vow is a separate aura and can work alongside it.
  • The reduction combines with armor and other compatible protection by multiplication. It does not add 35 percentage points to every existing armor value.
  • The benefit does not scale with Faith or Incant Scaling. Raising Faith beyond the requirement does not turn it into Golden Lightning Fortification.
  • You can move while casting. It protects the caster, rather than supplying the nearby-allies effect of the stronger golden version.
  • Old Lord's Talisman extends the duration from 90 to 117 seconds. Recasting refreshes it rather than stacking a second reduction.
  • Requires 10 Faith, one memory slot and a sacred seal. Each cast costs 20 FP. Corhyn sells it for 7,500 runes after moving to Altus Plateau.
