About this item
Increases charged heavy attack damage by 15% for three minutes.
Hold the heavy attack input to charge a weapon attack. Jump attacks and ordinary light attacks do not become charged attacks just because this tear is active.
For stance pressure, Stonebarb Cracked Tear provides a separate short buff. Its stance damage bonus serves a different purpose from this tear's HP damage bonus.

In-game description
A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground.
Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick.
The resulting concoction increases the power of charged attacks for a certain duration.
Where to find
Minor Erdtree in Mistwood
Limgrave
Starting Site of Grace: Fort Haight West
- Start at Fort Haight West, outside the fort in southeastern Limgrave. Ride north toward the large golden tree in Mistwood.
- At the foot of the tree, look for the stone basin among the golden flowers. Collect both glowing items from the basin; no Avatar fight is required here.
Notes
- Increases charged heavy attack damage by 15% for three minutes.
- Hold the heavy attack input to charge a weapon attack. Jump attacks and ordinary light attacks do not become charged attacks just because this tear is active.
- For stance pressure, Stonebarb Cracked Tear provides a separate short buff. Its stance damage bonus serves a different purpose from this tear's HP damage bonus.
- Rest at a Site of Grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick to use this tear. Drinking the flask uses its charge; resting refills it without consuming the tear.
- It can stack with Axe Talisman for charged weapon attacks. A charged spell or skill uses different bonus rules; holding its input does not make it a charged heavy attack.
