About this item
Adds 10 Strength for three minutes. It can help meet a weapon's Strength requirement as well as improve damage from Strength scaling.
The usual two-handing Strength bonus also applies to the added Strength.
Check your weapon requirements when the effect expires. Temporary access to a weapon does not mean you can keep using it effectively after the buff ends.

In-game description
A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground.
Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick.
The resulting concoction temporarily boosts one's strength.
Where to find
Cliffs between Stormhill Shack and Warmaster's Shack
Limgrave
Starting Site of Grace: Stormhill Shack
- From Stormhill Shack, follow the road east toward Warmaster's Shack, then leave it to the north before reaching the shack.
- Search the high ground northeast of Stormhill Shack and west of Warmaster's Shack. A troll guards a stone bowl near the cliff edge.
- Take the glowing item from the bowl. This is a ground pickup, so killing the troll is not the reward trigger.
Notes
- Adds 10 Strength for three minutes. It can help meet a weapon's Strength requirement as well as improve damage from Strength scaling.
- The usual two-handing Strength bonus also applies to the added Strength.
- Check your weapon requirements when the effect expires. Temporary access to a weapon does not mean you can keep using it effectively after the buff ends.
- Rest at a Site of Grace and choose Mix Wondrous Physick to use this tear. Drinking the flask uses its charge; resting refills it without consuming the tear.
- Where the weapon receives the normal two-handing bonus, the added 10 Strength contributes as 15 effective Strength. Paired attacks and other exceptions still follow their own two-handing rules.
