Incantation of Vyke, knight of the Roundtable Hold.

Summons red lightning to bolster both the caster's body and their armament held in the right hand. Enchants armament with lightning-affinity attacks and increases maximum equipment load. However, lightning damage negation will be reduced.

Of all the knights, Vyke the Dragonspear was the one Lansseax loved the most.

Mountaintops of the Giants

Starting Site of Grace: Whiteridge Road

1. Reach the Mountaintops of the Giants through the Grand Lift of Rold after Morgott. Follow the main mountain route to Whiteridge Road beside Guardians' Garrison.
2. Head northeast from Whiteridge Road toward the southwestern edge of the frozen lake. Lord Contender's Evergaol sits on the rise west of the First Church of Marika.
3. Climb onto the rise and find the circular stone prison. Step onto its central seal to enter; no Stonesword Key is needed.
4. Defeat Roundtable Knight Vyke inside. Spirit Ashes and other-player summons are unavailable in this evergaol, so prepare for a solo fight.
5. The victory awards Vyke's Dragonbolt and the Fingerprint armor set. Festering Fingerprint Vyke near the Church of Inhibition is a different encounter with different rewards.

Notes

• For 70 seconds, adds Lightning attack power to a compatible right-hand weapon equal to 75% of the Faith-based part of your seal's Incant Scaling.
• The added elemental attack power uses only the Faith contribution to your seal's Incant Scaling. Strength from Clawmark Seal, Intelligence from Golden Order Seal and Arcane from Dragon Communion Seal do not strengthen this enchantment.
• Also increases maximum equip load by 15% for 70 seconds. This can improve your load category, but does not permanently raise Endurance or increase the weapon's own Strength or Dexterity requirements.
• The body effect makes you take 35% more Lightning damage, against both enemies and players. The extra load allowance is not damage negation.
• Unlike Dragonbolt Blessing, this does not give the same weapon-rebound effect or the bonus to ailment resistance. The two dragonbolt spells are not interchangeable.
• Its weapon coating and body effect occupy separate buff slots. A new grease or enchantment replaces the coating, while another body buff replaces the equip-load effect and Lightning vulnerability.
• Hold a sacred seal in your left hand and the weapon in your right. Grease or weapon enchantments can be applied while using an affinity that allows weapon buffs, usually Standard, Heavy, Keen or Quality. Some unique weapons have their own exceptions.
• Electrify Armament provides the same Faith-based Lightning coefficient for 90 seconds without this body penalty. Vyke's version is useful when you specifically want the temporary equip-load increase.
• Old Lord's Talisman extends the effects to 91 seconds. When the body effect expires, the lower equip-load limit can move you back into a heavier roll category.
• Requires 23 Faith, one memory slot and a sacred seal. Costs 35 FP. The reward is from Roundtable Knight Vyke in the Mountaintops, not his Liurnia invasion.
