About this set

Southern Caelid merchant

Caelid

Starting Site of Grace: Southern Aeonia Swamp Bank

Before you go

• Have 4,500 runes for all regular pieces.
• Daylight is recommended to avoid the Night's Cavalry on the road.

1. Enter Caelid from northeastern Limgrave and stay on the main road past Caelem Ruins. Follow the road south, then east around the southern side of the Swamp of Aeonia.
2. Continue east from Caelid Highway South toward the road junction near the Caelid map monument. Look for the merchant's campfire on the south side of the road, rather than the other merchant farther west beside the swamp cliffs.
3. The road passes Decaying Ekzykes. Ride past if you only want the shop, and visit during daylight to avoid the Night's Cavalry along this stretch.
4. Open Purchase and buy the regular outfit pieces separately for 4,500 runes in total.

Hero starting equipment

1. Choose Hero when creating your character. You begin with this outfit, so no merchant or boss is needed.

Notes

• You can mix these pieces with other armor. Matching the outfit does not add a separate full-set bonus; special effects come from the individual pieces.
• The 4 regular pieces weigh 13.8 in total and provide 22 poise together. Add your weapons and talismans before checking whether you can keep a medium roll.
• The complete outfit costs 4,500 runes: 1,000 for the headband, 1,500 for the pauldron and 1,000 each for the bracers and gaiters.
• Hero starts with these four pieces. The exposed skin does not add a special damage penalty, and the outfit does not raise Strength or attack power. Its listed protection applies normally.
