Worn by the Errant Sorcerer Wilhelm, one of the first Tarnished to visit Roundtable Hold.
A silent seeker of sorcery, who had gone so far as to make contact with the primeval current, Wilhelm was led by guidance into confrontation with his friend Vargram, and it is said that he was then taken prisoner in Roundtable Hold.

Mt. Gelmir
Starting Site of Grace: Craftsman's Shack
- From Erdtree-Gazing Hill on Altus Plateau, ride north through Wyndham Ruins and enter the valley beside Mt. Gelmir at Seethewater River. Follow the valley north, then around the mountain toward Seethewater Terminus.
- At Fort Laiedd, continue south along the outside of the fort toward the lava pool. Follow the bank around the Magma Wyrm instead of entering the fort; defeating the wyrm is not required.
- Keep following the mountain path past Hermit's Shack and the nearby Runebear, then continue to Craftsman's Shack and Hermit Village. The enemies along this route are separate from the pickup, so keep moving if you do not want those fights.
- From the southern entrance to Hermit Village, continue through the buildings to the house in the northwestern corner. Deal with the nearby Demi-Humans before searching inside.
- Loot the corpse inside for Errant Sorcerer Robe, Manchettes and Boots together. Hierodas Glintstone Crown is behind the southern house and needs its own pickup.
- You do not have to defeat Maggie, kill Wilhelm or join Volcano Manor for these clothes. Check the item names, since the crown and three clothing pieces are on two different bodies.
- After collecting Errant Sorcerer Robe, use Alter Garments at a grace with the ordinary Tailoring Tools. Pay 500 runes to make the altered form, or ask Boc to do it for free after giving him his Sewing Needle.

- The normal robe weighs 4.1 and gives eight poise. Its altered version weighs 3.2 and gives seven, saving 0.9 weight at the cost of some protection and resistance.
- Use the ordinary Tailoring Tools and pay 500 runes to alter the robe, or have Boc do it for free after returning his Sewing Needle. Golden Tailoring Tools are not needed. You can reverse the change.
