The see-through head is extremely light, but its flesh is supple, providing absolutely no protection from piercing attacks.

Starting Site of Grace: Foot of the Four Belfries

From Lake-Facing Cliffs, descend to Liurnia Lake Shore and ride northwest through the shallow lake to the western bank. Follow the western shore road north past the approaches to Rose Church and Revenger's Shack until you reach Foot of the Four Belfries below the four hilltop towers.
From Foot of the Four Belfries on Liurnia's western shore, follow the road north and look for four Spirit Jellyfish gathered around a corpse.
Approach the corpse and collect Jellyfish Shield. You do not need to climb The Four Belfries or use any sending gates.

Requires 20 Strength and 14 Dexterity, and weighs eight. It blocks 100% Physical damage and starts with 60 Guard Boost. Despite the in-game description, it does block ordinary Physical piercing attacks.
Contagious Fury costs nine FP and increases your damage by 12.5% against enemies or 8.5% against other players for 30 seconds. These are the current bonuses, rather than the older 20% figure.
Keep the shield in your hand after using the skill. Switching it out or two-handing your other weapon ends the buff, even with the shield still visible on your back.
The bonus works alongside body, aura and weapon buffs. It does not increase ailment buildup or turn a fixed percentage-based health drain into a stronger percentage.
Ordinary shield attacks scale with Strength. Dexterity is a requirement without damage scaling, and reinforcement does not increase the percentage granted by Contagious Fury.
Upgrade it with Somber Smithing Stones to +10. The skill and affinity are fixed. Its left-hand skill takes priority over the right-hand weapon's skill.
This is a fixed corpse pickup among four Spirit Jellyfish. You do not need to kill those jellyfish or use a Four Belfries sending gate.
