Liurnia of the Lakes

Starting Site of Grace: Manor Upper Level

1. Reach the western Liurnia road and follow it north through Kingsrealm Ruins. Strike the illusory wall blocking the road at the northern end, then continue past Iji at Road to the Manor.
2. Ride toward the large manor while avoiding the magical strikes falling along the approach. Activate Main Caria Manor Gate grace at the entrance.
3. Inside, follow the courtyard path northwest toward the building in the far corner. Fingercreepers hide among the plants and beneath the ground; do not stop on a buried hand.
4. Enter the building with the seated spirit and climb its stairs to Manor Lower Level grace.
5. Take the elevated walkways east and continue straight along the main route at the first junction. Spectral soldiers appear along the bridges. Reach the far building and take its lift up to Manor Upper Level.
6. Leave the upper grace, pass the wolves in the garden and climb the main stone stairway toward the Troll Knight and sorcerers.
7. Continue up the stairs beyond the troll and Pages to the large circular courtyard. Defeat Royal Knight Loretta, then activate Royal Moongazing Grounds grace.
8. Loretta's Greatbow is awarded automatically with that victory. It is a guaranteed boss reward, not a chest elsewhere in the manor.

Notes

• Creates a magical greatbow that fires one long-range Magic arrow. Requires 26 Intelligence, one memory slot and a staff; each cast costs 24 FP.
• Hold the cast input to charge and keep the arrow nocked until you release it. The blue flash indicates the charged shot is ready.
• The shot has Magic attack power equal to 270% of Sorcery Scaling normally or 330% when charged, before enemy defenses.
• Its damage follows the casting staff's Sorcery Scaling rather than the attack power of a bow. An ordinary Intelligence staff uses Intelligence; hybrid staffs follow their own scaling.
• Godfrey Icon strengthens a fully charged shot. Carian Glintblade Staff and Carian Glintstone Staff do not give this spell their specialized bonuses.
• Arrow's Sting Talisman does not increase its damage. The spell does not consume greatarrows and does not need a bow equipped.
• The impact has a small blast that can catch tightly grouped enemies. Aim for a clear shot rather than assuming the arrow passes through walls or cover.
• Its long range makes it useful before an enemy closes in, but the bow animation leaves you committed. Charging in front of an enemy already attacking can be difficult to finish safely.
• Can be cast while riding Torrent, although the mount slows during the cast. Loretta's Mastery is a separate later spell with four arrows.
• The apparition of Royal Knight Loretta in Caria Manor gives this spell. The later Loretta fight at the Haligtree has different rewards.
