About this item

Adds 10 points per second to stamina recovery for 60 seconds.

It helps the stamina bar refill faster. It does not increase maximum stamina or remove the stamina cost of attacking and rolling.

The ordinary and well-pickled versions do not stack with each other. Choose the recovery food you want before the fight.

  • 500 runes
  1. Obtain Nomadic Warrior's Cookbook [3] to unlock the recipe.
  2. Follow the northern Limgrave road east from Stormhill to Saintsbridge.
  3. Cross the bridge and look for the merchant's camp just beyond it on the east side.
  4. Talk to the merchant and buy the cookbook for 500 runes.
  5. Buy the Crafting Kit from Kale at the Church of Elleh if Item Crafting is still unavailable.

Notes

  • Adds 10 points per second to stamina recovery for 60 seconds.
  • It helps the stamina bar refill faster. It does not increase maximum stamina or remove the stamina cost of attacking and rolling.
  • The ordinary and well-pickled versions do not stack with each other. Choose the recovery food you want before the fight.
  • Stacks with Green Turtle Talisman or Two-Headed Turtle Talisman, and with Great Turtle Shell's separate recovery bonus. You cannot equip both Turtle talisman variants together.
  • The bonus adds stamina recovered each second. It is useful between attacks, but holding up a guard or spending stamina continuously can still leave you without enough to dodge.
  • It uses the stamina-recovery buff slot rather than the ordinary body-buff slot, so it can remain alongside a food such as Boiled Crab.
  • Costs no FP and has no attribute requirement. One crafted serving uses three Rowa Fruit, one Turtle Neck Meat and one Herba; the cookbook is not consumed.
  • You can carry ten servings. Reusing it refreshes the effect instead of stacking another 10 stamina per second.
