About this item
Restores half your maximum HP, but also poisons you. Keep Neutralizing Boluses or a poison-cleansing spell ready if you plan to use one.
You can carry only three at a time. Extras from a large pickup go into storage.

Not recommended for those who prefer to know the origin of their meats.
Where to find
Western stable at Village Windmill Pasture
Altus Plateau
Starting Site of Grace: Windmill Village
- From Windmill Village grace at the entrance to Dominula, ride north and northwest toward the nearby pasture windmill.
- Clear the Rotten Strays and the two axe-wielding Misbegotten around Village Windmill Pasture.
- Search the western stable beside the windmill and collect the bundle of ten Raw Meat Dumplings.
Living Jar Warriors
Lands Between
- Find a large hostile Living Jar Warrior, such as those in Stormveil Castle's jar courtyard.
- Defeat it and collect its first-kill reward. An individual jar's dumpling reward is awarded once rather than every time it respawns.
Notes
- Restores half your maximum HP, but also poisons you. Keep Neutralizing Boluses or a poison-cleansing spell ready if you plan to use one.
- You can carry only three at a time. Extras from a large pickup go into storage.
- Living Jar Warriors do not provide an endlessly repeatable dumpling farm. Their guaranteed dumpling reward is a one-time drop.
- Healing does not remove the danger of the eating animation. Make room before using it in combat.
- Its poison is applied as a penalty, rather than ordinary buildup you can avoid by raising Immunity. Cleansing afterward stops the poison without removing the HP already restored.
- It can activate poison-triggered bonuses such as Kindred of Rot's Exultation, but the healing, eating animation and ongoing poison still need to be accounted for.
- Mimic Tear can use an equipped dumpling without spending your inventory, and its poison immunity avoids the penalty. Its AI is not guaranteed to eat one at the moment you want.
- It costs no FP, needs no crafting book and restores a percentage of maximum HP. Increasing flask strength with Sacred Tears does not improve this item.
- A stored spare does not refill the three carried servings in the middle of a fight. Rest or otherwise reload and restock before relying on another set.
