About this item

Uses 50 FP to release a close burst followed by many pursuing wraiths. It is reusable and has no attribute requirement, memory-slot cost or need for a staff or seal.

The attack deals holy damage and scales with both Intelligence and Faith. Faith has a slightly higher scaling coefficient, while Intelligence contributes much more than it does on the ordinary Omen Bairn. Investing in both can suit a hybrid caster, but the large FP cost still matters.

Each worn piece of the Omen Set increases this tool's damage by 5%. The bonus belongs to those individual pieces, so you can use part of the set if the full outfit would make your equipment too heavy.

In-game description

Doll of a curseborn bairn from the Erdtree's royal line.

Uses FP to unleash many wraiths that chase down foes.

Omen babies born of royalty do not have their horns excised, but instead are kept underground, unbeknownst to anyone, imprisoned for eternity.

These memorial fetishes are fashioned in secret.

Where to find

Morgott's remembrance exchanged with Enia

Leyndell, Royal Capital

Starting Site of Grace: Queen's Bedchamber

Before you go

  • Enter Leyndell and defeat Godfrey's golden shade, then Morgott, the Omen King.
  • Keep Remembrance of the Omen King and 5,000 runes for Enia.
  1. Enter Leyndell after obtaining the required Great Runes and follow the city toward the huge dead dragon.
  2. Climb the dragon wing and continue to West Capital Rampart. Follow the large root up to Godfrey's golden-shade arena and defeat him.
  3. Use the upper branch and buildings beyond the sanctuary to reach Queen's Bedchamber.
  4. Climb the nearby stairs to the Erdtree approach and defeat Morgott, the Omen King. Margit at Stormveil is a different encounter and does not award this remembrance.
  5. Travel to Roundtable Hold and enter the Two Fingers chamber. Speak to Finger Reader Enia and choose the remembrance power exchange, then spend Remembrance of the Omen King and 5,000 runes on Regal Omen Bairn.
  6. If you also want Morgott's Cursed Sword, duplicate the remembrance at an unused compatible duplication site before spending the second copy. The walking mausoleums with bells can duplicate this remembrance. Spending a remembrance does not prevent its later duplication.

Notes

  • Uses 50 FP to release a close burst followed by many pursuing wraiths. It is reusable and has no attribute requirement, memory-slot cost or need for a staff or seal.
  • The attack deals holy damage and scales with both Intelligence and Faith. Faith has a slightly higher scaling coefficient, while Intelligence contributes much more than it does on the ordinary Omen Bairn. Investing in both can suit a hybrid caster, but the large FP cost still matters.
  • Each worn piece of the Omen Set increases this tool's damage by 5%. The bonus belongs to those individual pieces, so you can use part of the set if the full outfit would make your equipment too heavy.
  • Lock onto the target before the wraiths leave. Their delayed arrival lets you act again while they approach, but a fast enemy can evade them or reach you during the preparation. This is easier to use against a distracted or slower target than one already swinging at you.
  • Holy resistance reduces the damage, regardless of how impressive the number of projectiles looks. The tool does not inflict blood loss or reproduce Morgott's weapon skill.
  • The bairn has its own scaling. Upgrading an unrelated staff or seal does not improve it, and Shard of Alexander does not boost it as a weapon skill.
  • Morgott's Cursed Sword is the other reward from the same remembrance. Duplication lets you claim both choices, but Enia offers only one copy of each reward during a journey. You cannot trade this tool to another player.
