Leave Basilisk clouds or other blight hazards before using it. This item clears the current buildup, rather than increasing Vitality or providing lasting immunity.

This is an immediate cure, rather than a resistance buff. It does not replace a cured-meat resistance effect or make the next incoming ailment harmless.

Before you go

  • Ingredients per batch: 2 Dewkissed Herba, 1 Crystal Cave Moss and 1 Golden Centipede
  • Reach Mountaintops of the Giants
  • 7,500 runes
  1. Reach Ancient Snow Valley Ruins in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
  2. Follow the frozen river north and west to the Spiritspring, then use it to reach the plateau toward Stargazers' Ruins.
  3. Look for the bridge running southeast from the ruins. Just south of the start of that bridge, drop carefully to the ledge with the merchant's campfire.
  4. Talk to him beside his campfire and buy the cookbook for 7,500 runes.
  5. Buy the Crafting Kit from Kalé at Church of Elleh for 300 runes if Item Crafting is unavailable.
  6. Collect 2 Dewkissed Herba, 1 Crystal Cave Moss and 1 Golden Centipede. Outside combat, open Item Crafting and select Rejuvenating Boluses. One batch makes 1.

  • Clears Death Blight buildup before the meter fills. It does not revive you or reverse the instant death after Death Blight triggers.
  • Leave Basilisk clouds or other blight hazards before using it. This item clears the current buildup, rather than increasing Vitality or providing lasting immunity.
  • This is an immediate cure, rather than a resistance buff. It does not replace a cured-meat resistance effect or make the next incoming ailment harmless.
  • Using one costs no FP and consumes the prepared boluses. Carry up to 99, with another 600 in storage.
  • The cookbook and Crafting Kit are kept. Each listed batch makes one, and the ingredients are consumed when crafting.
  • Each craft uses 2 Dewkissed Herba, 1 Crystal Cave Moss and 1 Golden Centipede.
  • This does not cure Poison, Scarlet Rot, Sleep or Madness. Death Blight buildup is its specific use, so keep the correct cure ready before entering Basilisk areas.
