Incarnate overlapping twin moons which strike the ground one after the other, violently shaking the earth with moonlight.

In her childhood, she and her elder sister Rennala met these moons. Overlapping, as though nestled against one another.

Before you go

• To enter the Realm of Shadow, defeat Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood, then touch the withered arm in Mohg's arena at Mohgwyn Palace.
• Defeat Rellana, Twin Moon Knight.
• Keep the Remembrance of the Twin Moon Knight.

1. From Castle Front, cross the northeastern bridge toward Castle Ensis. Pass or defeat the Troll Knight at the far end, then climb the large stairs on the left.
2. Follow the path left at the top. Soldiers and dogs wait around the fires and stairway, so draw them out before climbing farther.
3. Continue through the cave beyond the first campfire. Climb the ledges at its far exit, then follow the uphill path past the patrolling Black Knight.
4. At the top is a closed gate with Miquella's Cross beside it. Activate Castle Ensis Checkpoint grace before attempting the detour.
5. With the closed gate ahead, follow the wall to the right to the soldier crouching at the ledge. Drop to the ledge below, then into the hole leading to the flooded cave. Three dogs attack inside.
6. Leave the cave and turn left toward the waterfall. Jump across the rock platforms, continue through the river arch and climb the ladder beside the falling water.
7. Enter the room at the top, watching for an ambush on the left. Cross to the gate mechanism and turn it to open the shortcut back to Checkpoint grace.
8. Climb the stairs and cross the guarded bridge. Continue past the dog ambush and spellcasting nobles to the stairs leading up toward the chapel.
9. Moonrithyll, Carian Knight guards the chapel entrance. Defeat him or move past him carefully; the shield stairs and chapel altar are separate pickups here.
10. Enter the chapel and continue through its sorcerer-filled hallway to the far exit. Open the gate on the right outside and follow the rampart walkway.
11. Follow the rampart onward through its soldiers and sorcerers to the upper lift. Ride it to Castle-Lord's Chamber and activate the grace before the fog gate.
12. Defeat Rellana, Twin Moon Knight, then visit Finger Reader Enia at Roundtable Hold. Exchange Remembrance of the Twin Moon Knight for Rellana's Twin Moons. Choose the sorcery, not Rellana's Twin Blades.

Notes

• Requires 72 Intelligence, two memory slots and a glintstone staff. The whole sequence costs 47 FP, rather than charging you again for each falling moon.
• Lifts you into the air, drops two moons in succession, then ends with your own landing shockwave. All three attacks deal Magic damage through the casting staff's Sorcery Scaling.
• The first two shockwaves each have attack power equal to 300% of Sorcery Scaling, and the landing has 400%. Landing all three totals 1,000% before separate hit defenses; it is not one hit that bypasses defense at that total.
• Each of the three shockwaves deals 10 stance damage. All three must connect to reach 30; an enemy leaving the area early reduces both the damage and stance pressure.
• Unlike Rennala's Full Moon and Ranni's Dark Moon, this is a close-range sequence. It applies neither the moon Magic-vulnerability debuff nor Frostbite.
• Carian Regal Scepter boosts its damage by 10% while held. You can cast with another staff and retain the bonus, or use two active copies for a combined 21%.
• Graven talismans and Magic damage bonuses work. Snow Witch Hat does not boost it, and there is no charged version for Godfrey Icon to improve.
• The long animation needs a large opening. Floating can avoid some ground-level attacks, but does not make you immune to damage or guarantee the landing will finish if an enemy interrupts you.
• Trade the Remembrance with Enia for the sorcery; no additional rune payment is required for this choice. The paired swords are the alternative reward, so duplicate the Remembrance if you want both during one journey.
• Rellana is in Castle Ensis in the Realm of Shadow. Rennala at Raya Lucaria is a different boss with a different Remembrance and different moon spell.
