Albinauric Pot

Pot

Prevents the affected target from using a Flask of Crimson Tears for 25 seconds after the effect is applied. This blocks flask activation rather than consuming a charge and multiplying its recovery by zero. It does not disable ordinary healing spells, regeneration or unrelated items. Apply it only after confirming the target received this effect. A later confirmed application refreshes the same flask-blocking effect; the durations do not add together.

In-game description

Craftable item prepared using a ritual pot.

Enchanted by sorceries of the Cuckoos.

Consumes FP. Throw at enemies to impede recovery actions using a flask of tears for a certain duration.

The Knights of the Cuckoos do declare. Behold, thy defiled blood. Unlike any humor that flows in our grand realm.

Where to find

Crafting after obtaining Glintstone Craftsman's Cookbook [3]

Liurnia of the Lakes

Starting Site of Grace: Liurnia Highway North

Before you go

  • Crafting Kit
  • Glintstone Craftsman's Cookbook [3]
  • Empty Ritual Pot
  • Ingredients for one pot: 2 Mushroom and 1 Albinauric Bloodclot
  1. From Liurnia Highway North, look northwest for the stone tower on the hill. Follow the rising ground toward it rather than searching the lower lake shore.
  2. A sorcerer at the top fires glintstone spells while spirit nobles appear around the approach. Use rocks for cover and get inside the tower before stopping to loot.
  3. Climb the first ladder inside and open the chest on that level for the cookbook. It is below the rooftop, not the corpse beside the sorcerer.
  4. Continuing up leads to the sorcerer and Carian Glintblade Staff. Those are separate from the cookbook chest, and no boss fight is needed.
  5. Buy the Crafting Kit from Kale at Church of Elleh for 300 runes if Item Crafting is unavailable. Keep the cookbook; it remains usable after learning its recipes.
  6. Collect the listed ingredients and keep an empty Ritual Pot. Open Item Crafting outside combat, prepare Albinauric Pot and assign it to a quick-item slot or pouch.

Notes

  • Prevents the target using Crimson and Cerulean flask recovery for 25 seconds. It is most useful against opponents that actually rely on those flasks.
  • A normal throw costs 8 FP and uses a Ritual Pot. It needs no staff, seal or memorized spell.
  • It does not switch off healing incantations, regeneration or every special healing action. An enemy that heals by another mechanic may still recover.
  • There is no Poison or Blood Loss buildup bar to improve. The effect depends on hitting an eligible target, rather than stacking Arcane until it applies.
  • It is not a universal way to stop a boss's phase transition or special self-heal. Those are different actions from drinking a Flask of Tears.
  • The recipe is in Highway Lookout Tower in eastern Liurnia. Collecting it does not require entering Raya Lucaria or completing an Albinauric quest.
  • One craft uses 2 Mushroom and 1 Albinauric Bloodclot and an empty Ritual Pot. Throwing returns the container, while another mixture needs fresh ingredients.
  • Recipes using the same container type share the empty supply. Cracked Pots, Ritual Pots and Hefty Cracked Pots cannot replace one another.
