The golden lion is said to symbolize Godfrey, the first Elden Lord, and his beast regent, Serosh. From his youngest years, Radahn was naturally captivated by the Lord of the Battlefield.

Starting Site of Grace: Table of Lost Grace
Before you go
- Defeat Starscourge Radahn.
- 12,000 runes.
- Start the Radahn Festival before trying to reach the battlefield. One route is to reach Altus Plateau and activate an outdoor grace there; progressing Ranni's investigation with Blaidd is another way to start it.
- Travel along Caelid's southern road toward Redmane Castle at the southeastern tip. Activate Impassable Greatbridge on the mainland side of the bridge.
- Use the sending gate beside the bridge while the festival is active. It takes you inside Redmane Castle, avoiding the normal defended bridge approach.
- Go through the gathering of fighters in the plaza and speak to Jerren on the raised platform. Tell him you are ready, then continue through the chapel behind him.
- Use the side exit and lift to reach the beach below. The sending gate on the shore leads into Starscourge Radahn's battlefield.
- Defeat Radahn, then return to Roundtable Hold. Enter the room behind the main table and choose Receive equipment of champions at Enia.
- Buy Radahn's Lion Armor for 12,000 runes. The armor purchase does not consume Remembrance of the Starscourge.

- Has no passive Strength, gravity-sorcery or weapon-skill bonus. Its name and appearance do not increase the damage of Radahn's weapons.
- This is the General Radahn outfit from Caelid. Young Lion's armor comes from the separate Promised Consort Radahn encounter.
- Armor cannot be reinforced with Smithing Stones. Mix this piece with other armor if that gives you the protection, poise and equipment load you need.
- The altered chest removes the cape, saving 1.1 weight and losing one poise along with some protection and resistance. Alteration changes the chest you own instead of creating a second copy.
