About this armor
Raises Dexterity by 3 and reduces Focus by 50 while worn. The bonus comes from this mask alone.
Focus is resistance to Sleep and Madness. The penalty does not reduce maximum FP, although it makes those two conditions easier to inflict on you.
Its Dexterity can help meet equipment requirements and improve attacks that scale with Dexterity. It is not a separate multiplier to bleed buildup.

In-game description
A wooden mask that depicts an old man baring his teeth. The source of the sobriquet of the great swordsman of the Land of Reeds.
Raises dexterity as it lowers focus.
The more he sharpened his mind, the more the absurdities of the world came into stark relief. And so Okina renounced it all, and rose to a higher plane. There was only himself. His katana. And its mastery.
Before long, Okina became a demon of a swordsman.

Mountaintops of the Giants
Starting Site of Grace: Foot of the Forge
Before you go
- Reach the southern Mountaintops of the Giants.
- Reach the southern Mountaintops and cross the giant chain beyond Guardians' Garrison. Follow the Fire Giant approach to Foot of the Forge grace.
- Ride west to the ruined Church of Repose. Bloody Finger Okina invades outside and forces you off Torrent.
- Defeat Okina to receive Okina Mask and Rivers of Blood. The remaining White Reed pieces are in Spiritcaller Cave, not on this invader.
