The two Endurance points increase stamina and maximum equip load. The helm itself still weighs 8.1, so the added load allowance does not automatically make it lighter than your previous headgear.
Weighs 8.1 and provides 10 poise. It is a heavy headpiece for a two-point attribute bonus, so account for that weight before choosing it over lighter clothing.

Room below the lift in Minor Erdtree Catacombs
Caelid
Starting Site of Grace: Minor Erdtree Catacombs
- From Smoldering Church at the western edge of Caelid, travel east toward the Minor Erdtree and search the cliff behind it for Minor Erdtree Catacombs. You can enter without defeating the Putrid Avatar.
- Activate the entrance grace and ride the first lift down. Trigger the lift again and step off to send it upward, revealing a room beneath it. Drop into that room and deal with the waiting imp.
- Descend to the rot-filled corridor and take the first staircase on the right. Avoid lingering in the rot; the room at the top contains small crabs.
- Climb the ladder on the right side of the crab room. Clear the imps in the upper hall, including the one waiting near its end, then loot the corpse draped over a sarcophagus for Imp Head (Wolf). The two boss Watchdogs are not required.

- Cannot be altered. Its bonus comes from the headpiece alone, with no matching outfit required.
- A fixed copy is available in Minor Erdtree Catacombs. Wolf-headed, greatsword-wielding imps can also drop it, with a 1.5% base chance at 100 Discovery; farming is unnecessary if you only need one.
