Compare head armor
The ten same-slot pieces closest in weight to Zamor Mask. Lower weight is lighter; higher poise, negation and resistance provide more protection. Negation differences are percentage points.
Weighs 3.8 and gives 6 poise. It has no hidden attribute or attack-damage bonus.
A guaranteed part of the four-piece reward from the Ancient Hero of Zamor inside Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave. The Zamor enemies in the ruins are not the farm for this outfit.
The Ancient Hero in Weeping Evergaol gives Radagon's Scarseal instead. Defeating that earlier boss does not award this armor.
In-game description
Mask worn by knights of Zamor, hailed as heroes in the War against the Giants.
These long-lived warriors, clad in biting, freezing winds, are said to have been the mortal enemies of the Fire Giants since time immemorial.
Where to find
Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave
Mountaintops of the Giants
Starting Site of Grace: Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave
Before you go
Reach the higher southern Mountaintops plateau.
Reach the Mountaintops of the Giants using the Rold Medallion after Morgott. Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave sits on the higher western plateau, so its nearby map marker cannot be reached by riding straight up from Zamor Ruins.
From Church of Repose, ride north to the lower cliffside route, then follow the valley west. Use the projecting rock to jump across the gap onto the tomb's plateau. Enter the large doors and ride the lift down to the grace.
Take the southern passage from the entrance. At the bottom of the stairs, get past the patrolling Fire Monk and turn west to the dead end. Strike or roll into the left section of the wall to reveal a passage.
Follow that passage west and jump south through its final window. The golden circle below makes shadow enemies vulnerable. Draw the imps into the light before fighting, and avoid the shadow Watchdog while moving through the room.
Take the southern tunnel toward the flame pillar. Hit it with a ranged attack to lower it and stop the fire, then get past the next Fire Monk. Continue south beyond the optional imp seal and descend to the lift.
Ride down, then activate the lift again and immediately step or roll off onto the lower floor. Sending it upward exposes the golden light beneath it. Pull the lever southeast of the lift to open the large gate.
Go east down the stairs and draw the shadow troll back through that gate into the light. Stay close enough to keep it following, then defeat it once it becomes vulnerable. Its death opens the boss doors farther east.
Return down the eastern stairs, pass through the opened doors and descend to the mist gate. Defeat the Ancient Hero of Zamor for Zamor Curved Sword and all four Zamor armor pieces together.

The warriors' frost attacks do not transfer to the clothing. Wearing it does not add Frostbite buildup, create an ice storm or make you immune to cold.
Cannot be altered. The outfit has no extra matching-set bonus, so it can be mixed with other armor.
The two imp seals are optional for the armor route. The entrance spell and deeper Giant's Seal detour are separate from defeating the boss, and do not require spending keys to claim this outfit.
