From the central table, take the corridor leading to the Twin Maiden Husks. Speak to them and open their purchase menu.
Buy Dagger for 400 runes. It is part of their regular stock and does not require a Bell Bearing.

Its critical rating is 130, higher than the common 100 rating. That makes it worth considering for backstabs and ripostes even if another weapon has a higher ordinary attack rating.
The critical rating is not a bonus to every attack. Your stats, affinity, upgrade level and the target's defenses still affect the result of a critical attack.
It weighs only 1.5 and needs 5 Strength and 9 Dexterity, so it is easy to carry as a dedicated critical weapon alongside a heavier main weapon.
Can use compatible Ashes of War. Grease or a weapon enchantment can be applied while using an affinity that allows weapon buffs. Quickstep is the starting skill.
Upgrade it with Smithing Stones, up to +25. The Twin Maiden Husks sell it for 400 runes without a Bell Bearing unlock.
