Altus Plateau

Starting Site of Grace: Windmill Village

Reach Altus Plateau with the Dectus Medallion halves from Fort Haight and Fort Faroth, or defeat Magma Wyrm Makar at the top of Ruin-Strewn Precipice.
From Altus Highway Junction, follow the road north past the map monument to Forest-Spanning Greatbridge. The waygate beside that grace brings you to the northern end of the broken bridge.
From the northern end of Forest-Spanning Greatbridge, follow the northern Altus road east toward the windmill country. Turn toward the isolated East Windmill Pasture before the main village of Dominula.
Search the body pile just northwest of the pasture's windmill. Loot Twinned Knight Swords from the corpse; the Noble outfit nearby is a separate pickup.
You can collect the weapon without climbing Dominula to fight the Godskin Apostle. The windmill dancers and burning bodies mark this small pasture rather than the village summit.

With Standard affinity, physical damage scales most strongly with Strength, with weaker Dexterity scaling.
Upgrade it with Smithing Stones. Its maximum upgrade is +25.
Can use compatible Ashes of War. Your choice of skill and the whetblades you've found determine which affinities you can apply.
Grease or a weapon enchantment can be applied while using an affinity that allows weapon buffs.
Requires 16 Strength and 18 Dexterity and weighs 8. Standard favors Strength, and Heavy supports that focus despite the plural name and fast twinblade moveset.
It is one twinblade, not two separately equipped swords. Two-handing gives its spinning multi-hit moveset; a second inventory weapon is unnecessary.
It has slightly more reach than Gargoyle's Twinblade, with lower raw attack power on comparable Strength setups. That gives a practical reach tradeoff rather than making the largest menu number the only difference.
Starts with Spinning Slash for 6 FP and a 12-FP follow-up. Its multiple contacts can build consecutive-hit bonuses when they land.
It has no innate bleed or other status. Blood affinity can add bleed, but Occult alone does not create it.
Its pickup is in the separate East Windmill Pasture, west of Dominula. The Godskin Apostle at the village summit gives Godskin Peeler instead.
The nearby Noble outfit is a separate pickup. Collecting that clothing does not automatically add this weapon.
