Liurnia of the Lakes

Starting Site of Grace: Road's End Catacombs

  1. In western Liurnia, approach the Minor Erdtree near Converted Tower. Take the path around the north side of the tree, then follow the western cliff path past the Spirit Jellyfish.
  2. Continue through the rocks to the catacomb doors at the end of the path. Enter Road's End Catacombs and activate the grace.
  3. Descend the first stairs and draw out the wolf-headed Imp carrying a large forked sword. Watch for another Imp waiting farther along the passage.
  4. Defeat the greatsword carrier and collect its drops. Rest at the entrance grace and repeat until the weapon drops; the boss and hidden-wall rooms are unnecessary for this farm.

Notes

  • With Standard affinity, physical damage scales most strongly with Dexterity, with weaker Strength scaling.
  • Upgrade it with Smithing Stones. Its maximum upgrade is +25.
  • Can use compatible Ashes of War. Your choice of skill and the whetblades you've found determine which affinities you can apply.
  • Grease or a weapon enchantment can be applied while using an affinity that allows weapon buffs.
  • Its normal weapon hits build up blood loss. The effect only triggers against enemies that are vulnerable to it.
  • Requires 14 Strength and 16 Dexterity and weighs 9. Dexterity contributes more on Standard, though its base Physical attack and short reach are modest for a greatsword.
  • Has 55 innate Blood Loss buildup. Occult retains that bleed and adds Arcane scaling; extra Arcane does not improve Standard buildup.
  • It offers a farmable second greatsword with innate bleed to pair with Flamberge. You still need a separate weapon in each hand for the paired greatsword moveset.
  • Its wide forked model does not give it an unusually broad hitbox. Keep close enough for the short blade to connect instead of relying on the apparent width.
  • Starts with Stamp (Upward Cut), costing 5 FP to brace and 8 FP for the heavy follow-up. Another compatible Ash can replace it.
  • The base drop chance is 2% at 100 Item Discovery from the wolf-headed Imps carrying greatswords. Hatchet or other Imp variants do not share that weapon drop.
  • The first eligible Imp in Road's End Catacombs gives a repeatable farm near the grace. The boss and the dungeon's illusory-wall loot route are unnecessary.
